Randy A. Dempsey practices in the areas of administrative law, civil litigation and criminal law. Mr. Dempsey graduated from Jacksonville State University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and in 1978 was awarded the degree of M.P.A. Mr. Dempsey attended the Birmingham School of Law where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in 1983.

Mr. Dempsey is a member of both the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama Bar and currently serves as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Alabama.
